Meet Our Team
Christian Berard, Partner and Director of Sales and Purchasing, has 15 years experience in the stone business. Since joining Dominion in 2004, Christian has worked in all facets of the business, including design, sales, and operations. Christian continues to work with our Sales team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Bruce Vargas, Partner and Director of Operations, has been working in business operations and fabrication for 15 years. Bruce joined Dominion in 2009 and brought many years of operational experience to the team and continues to work with our fabrication and installation team to enhance our operational efficiencies without compromising the quality and craftsmanship that defines Dominion.
Fran has been working in the kitchen/bath stone countertop industries for the past three years. During this time, Fran has worked on several projects in hotels, retirement communities, healthcare clinics, commercial buildings, and residential homes. Fran’s primary objective on all these projects is to work within a customer’s budget and design product that aligns functionality to beauty.
Cameron has held leadership roles in the Quick Service Restaurant and Home Remodeling industries for the past 10 years. During his tenure at each business, Cameron’s objectives remain the same – adapting to changing environments; understanding the importance of trust in relationships; attentional to detail, and; providing exceptional customer care.
Vicente Castro has been working in fabrication for more than 20 years. Vicente joined Dominion in 2004 and since that time has been responsible for leading the fabrication and installation of our vanity and kitchen countertops. Vicente is also responsible for the ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are followed as well as supervising and training of new employees in the various aspects of fabrication that includes templating, cutting, polishing and installation.
